Knit-kit includes:
A control PC
Preassembled units provided with brushless motors and ballscrews ensuring the movement of yarn carrier bars, slur bars, side and central point bars
A cabin with panel board
Knit-kit can be installed on full fashioned knitting machines of any kind, make, model and gauge directly at the customer�s premises.
It can be installed both in big knitting machines such as a 16-section Monk-Bentley and in full fashioned knitting machines as a 4-section BS-BSI Scheller.
Only a few days� work is needed to:
Remove the numerous mechanical parts that are no more necessary (variable draw mechanism, draft mechanism, central and side point screws, mechanical drives, etc�)
Set up preassembled units and the new electric system
Ballscrews are employed in the transmission of power to yarn carrier bars. Although cheaper, we decided not to use driving belts since being elastic they wouldn�t ensure movement precision and durability, would require regular calibration and would entail heavy speed limitations.
