The VRDS line includes reconstructed full fashioned knitting machines such as Textima, Bentley, Boehringer, Monk, Monk 2001, S.Salzer, Closa and Scheller.
Only their original bearing structure is maintained while all the worn parts are replaced and structural modifications are carried out: in fact we remove the variable draw mechanism, the carrier drive mechanism, old Vee Neck and finger screws.
These knitting machines are also made completely electronic and equipped with independent yarn carrier bars that are activated by brushless motors and ball screws. |
